By using appquikr.com or hiring Appsquikr for app development, you agree to these terms.

Services and quotes

We build and customise mobile apps and related software. Each project is covered by a written quote or message that states the features, price and timeline. The prices shown on this website are starting prices for the features listed and are confirmed in your quote.

Payments

Payments are made in milestones as stated in your quote (for example at the start, after demo approval and at go-live). UPI and bank transfer are accepted. Work on the next milestone begins after the previous payment is received. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Source code

The full source code of your project is handed over to you after the final payment is received.

Third-party costs

Hosting, Google Maps, SMS, payment gateway charges and Google Play / Apple developer account fees are charged by those providers and are paid by you directly, unless the quote says otherwise.

Support

Bug-fix support is included for 30 days after go-live. Changes beyond the agreed features, and support after 30 days, are quoted separately or covered by a monthly maintenance plan.

Timelines

Timelines depend on you providing content, approvals and accounts on time. Google and Apple review times are outside our control.

Limitation

We work to deliver what the quote describes. We are not responsible for losses that arise from third-party services, store policy changes or how the finished app is used in your business.
